Our mission is to empower people in the South Florida Tri-County area with life-saving skills through flexible, high-quality instruction—both in-person and online. We believe everyone should feel confident to respond in an emergency and are committed to mobile, accessible training tailored to your needs.


Safe Hands Resuscitation serves the South Florida Tri-County area (Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach) and can travel as needed.

We work around your availability and offer mobile training for your convenience.


Yes. Our blended courses follow American Heart Association guidelines. You’ll complete the online portion and then schedule an in-person skills assessment for certification.


Anyone can benefit, especially healthcare professionals, teachers, coaches, childcare providers, and those wanting to be prepared for emergencies at home or in the community.


Most courses are suitable for participants aged 12 and older. Some exceptions may apply, please contact us for details.


CPR and first aid certifications are valid for two years, after which recertification is required to maintain an active status.


If a participant does not pass the written or skills exam, a retake can usually be scheduled. Our instructors ensure everyone gets the support needed to succeed.


Just wear comfortable clothing. All necessary training materials and equipment will be provided. For in-person sessions, a valid ID may be required.


Yes. While the knowledge portion can be completed online, a hands-on, in-person skills check is required for nationwide certification.


Yes, discounted rates are available for groups, businesses, and organizations requiring onsite or bulk training.

Yes. Safe Hands Resuscitation provides CPR and first aid training that follows AHA guidelines and meets or exceeds OSHA requirements for workplace safety. Certifications are suitable for healthcare, general workplace safety, and all industries where OSHA mandates training.
